Club Business

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee (EC) consists of elected and appointed club members, as well as volunteers who are responsible for all operational aspects of the club.
The EC meets once a month to conduct club business and discuss upcoming events. Meetings are held once a month on a Sunday, starting at 9:00 am, in the meeting room next to the playing gym. All current CTTC members are welcome to attend and to give suggestions or to help out in any way. We are always looking for volunteers to help run events, and to take responsibility for club activities and programs.
If you want to know where your membership and playing fees are spent; if you want to have some influence on how the club is run; if you have any time and talent you want to contribute towards the administration and business affairs of the club, please join us for our next EC meeting and be a part of the EC.
